History
Residing in Lee County, Cape Coral was once referred to as a sleepy community, due to its large retirement population. In the 1990’s, there was a population boom for the city, bringing in a younger crowd of working class families that make the commute to work in Fort Myers.
Purchased by the Rosen brothers, planted the community and created more than 400 miles of canals. Cape Coral is the 3rd largest city by land mass, in Florida with an area of 115 square miles.

This event alone attracts 100,000 visitors, bringing in hundreds of artists and craftspeople.
